This Book Acquisition Disclaimer applies to all book-acquisition, buyer-registration, seller-enquiry and related interactions with ACG Corporate Group (Pty) Ltd, trading as ACG Growth Partners™ (“ACG”). It should be read with our Privacy Policy, POPIA Notice and Website Terms of Use.
2. Figures are subject to verification
All figures, assets under management (AUM), recurring revenue, client numbers, valuations, transaction values and other information shared in connection with a book acquisition are indicative only and remain subject to verification and due diligence. They do not constitute a valuation, a guarantee, an offer, or financial or investment advice.
3. No offer or advice
Introductions, indicative valuations and opportunity information are provided to facilitate discussions between parties. Nothing constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, a recommendation, or advice. Any transaction is subject to independent due diligence, professional advice and a separate written agreement between the parties.
4. Seller confidentiality
No seller information will be shared with a prospective buyer without the seller’s prior approval. Enquiries are handled with discretion, and a practice or book is not identified to any counterparty until the relevant party has authorised it.
5. Buyer and seller responsibilities
Each party is responsible for conducting its own due diligence and obtaining its own legal, tax, financial and regulatory advice before entering into any transaction. ACG does not warrant the accuracy of information provided by counterparties.
6. Processing of information
By submitting a buyer-registration or seller-enquiry form and ticking the consent box, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, accept this Book Acquisition Disclaimer, understand that all figures remain subject to verification and due diligence, and consent to the processing of your information for confidential acquisition-related purposes.
7. Fees
